Returns & Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
1. Withdrawal Period
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods.
To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement by email to info@littleparcel.fi. Include your order number and a clear note that you wish to withdraw.
2. Returning Goods
After notifying withdrawal, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from your notice.
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. Contact us first and we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard withdrawal returns unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for diminished value.
4. Refund Timing
We reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn order, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@littleparcel.fi with your order number and photos where possible. We will provide a remedy according to consumer protection law.
