Delivery timelines vary by destination and product availability. Please read this page before placing an order.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Finland and selected EU destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, delivery is currently not supported for that address.
2. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Finland: typically 7-15 business days
- Other supported EU destinations: typically 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to logistics disruptions.
4. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking details where available.
5. Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs fees are normally expected. If local charges apply due to destination rules, the customer is responsible for those charges unless otherwise required by law.
6. Delivery Issues
If your shipment is significantly delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at info@littleparcel.fi and include your order number.
