By placing an order, you make a binding offer to buy the selected products. The sales contract is formed when your order is accepted and confirmed.

Product prices are shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Applicable taxes are handled according to destination and legal requirements. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
4. Delivery

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Full withdrawal and return instructions are described on our Returns & Withdrawal page.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method as required by law after valid withdrawal/return handling.
7. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If goods are defective, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us promptly at info@littleparcel.fi. We provide remedies according to applicable consumer law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by mandatory consumer protection law and, where applicable, Finnish law. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers in Finland may contact Consumer Advisory Services and the Consumer Disputes Board.
